Rogers Park Real Estate

Located approximately ten miles north of the Loop, Rogers Park offers a wide range of home styles. Unlike many other areas in Chicago, you don’t have to choose between single family homes or condos. The Rogers Park real estate market provides prospective home buyers with plenty of choices including condos, flats, apartment homes, and walk ups. Construction of high rise apartments was recently banned in parts of the community, which has led to a resurgence in remodeling existing homes. The recent economic decline hit the Rogers Park real estate market particularly hard, resulting in many foreclosures in the area. However, the rental market remains robust, in fact rental prices have steadily increased over the past few years. Investors and home buyers alike should have no problem snagging a good deal.
