Most Wrigley Rooftop tickets also include food and drink service. Sports fans will also love the large selection of sports bars that can be found on nearly every block in the area. Wrigleyville is also located just a few blocks from Lake Michigan.  Heavily diversified, this community is a favorite of young professionals and sports fans alike.

Wrigleyville Real Estate Price Range

This is a highly desired location because of its diverse culture and proximity to Wrigley field. Most of the homes in this area are historic renovations and prices can range from the high 200,000s to over a million dollars, depending upon the size and location of the property. However, there are more affordable properties in the area.
